Our story
An agency story, a tooling problem, and a strong feeling that the work being done was the wrong work.

The problem.
In 2020, we were running a fast-growing digital agency, managing millions in ad spend across multiple platforms for dozens of clients. Despite being experts, we spent hours every day on repetitive setup work — copy-pasting between spreadsheets, building campaigns by hand, fighting platform interfaces that seemed designed to waste time.

The realisation.
If we were struggling with this, every other agency must be too. The shape of the problem was the same everywhere we looked: senior people doing junior work because the tools didn’t exist.

The solution.
We built Harry — the platform we wanted to use ourselves. The simple belief: media professionals should spend their time on strategy and creative, not on data entry and tracking parameters.
